Every relationship has patterns. Great ones, and the ones that are less than desirable.
And if most of us would be willing to be honest, we’d see that our kids carry forward some of these patterns.
It’s super hard to see them. Most people deny it. And it’s not good for the kids, and it’s not good for you. It hurts. It costs time and can suck energy.
My clients tell me it makes them feel like bad parents, and that’s just the ones that admit it… imagine, or maybe you’re one of them, the ones that suffer in silence with it, squashing it down, or not seeing it until your kids act it out either with you or in school, (which happened to one of my friends recently), which is extremely painful.
Fortunately, there ARE some super practical and tangible things you can do.
And on our podcast this week, I’ve got you covered where I’ll share on;
- HOW to tell if your kids are playing out some of your patterns you’re not so proud of.
- WHAT you can do right now to start to get things back on track.
- My #1 SECRET to decode exactly what the kids are showing you and turn it into connection and ease.
Look, I know this isn’t easy. It’s painful. Denial and pride might be tempting as it always is in our journey of being a human.
But just on the other side of that is the most amazing healing, connection and love, and you get to have that in spades, because it’s time.
I’m super excited to share this with you and I hope you love it as much as I do.
