Welcome Dear Soul Friend,

Thank you for your interest in the Pilgrimage To The Sacred Feminine Soul of India. I’m trusting your arrival here is no accident. This will be a very special group of soul travelers, allowing the divine transmission of these potent places to permeate our minds, hearts, bodies and spirits. Because of this, a pilgrimage needs to be held not as a vacation, but a deep time away from the routine of everyday life, into a world of purification, release and transcendence. India is a land of extraordinary paradox, extremes all co-existing at once, so an open mind and attitude of surrender will be your greatest ally along with being well prepared as well for a trip of this intensity. • Full cost of pilgrimage is $3197.00
• A $799.25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of retreat (check or credit card) per person will secure space on a first come basis. This is due by 1st March, 2019.
• Second Payment of $799.25 due 15th April, 2019
• Third Payment of $799.25 due 25th May, 2019
• Final Payment of $799.25 due 1st July, 2019
• This retreat is for adults 15 years of age or older.
• Do you need Single Occupancy or Double Occupancy?

• In the case of Double Occupancy, roommates will assign their own beds. You can choose your roommates yourself or we will match you up with another person. For single occupancy, we will send you a supplemental payment link once we know how many people request this option.

Accommodations for 11 days/10 nights: Five or four star hotels will be arranged

Meals: Indian Cuisine Meals are a set menu. It is not possible for individual orders.

Transportation: Comfortable Air Conditioned Buses will be provided for transportation.

Airfare or ground transportation to and from Amritsar, India.

Alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and speciality drinks available through the hotels)

Extra Tours and Excursion or other fees associated with individual travel.

All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing. The following outlines cancellation policies:

• Deposit is non-refundable.
• Deposit is transferable to another person.
• No refunds given for cancellations on or after.
• Cancellations: If you must cancel your trip, your cancellation request must be made by sending an e-mail to joanna@besoulfulfilled.com Upon receiving your e-mail, we will respond to confirm your cancellation. For cancellations made earlier than 90 days prior to departure, 100% of the payment will be refunded. For cancellations made 60-90 days prior to departure, 60% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to departure will not be granted a refund. For all cancellations, Joanna Intara will withhold $150 to cover bank and airline fees.
• Please note: Cancellation requests due to unforeseeable circumstances will be considered on a case by case basis.

If the participant arrives late to retreat or leaves prior to its conclusion, refunds will not be made for any unused portion of the retreat. No refunds will be made for hotels, travel or other activities that the participant misses or decides not to participate in for any reason.

Do you have any medical issues, illnesses or allergies we should know of?

Each tour participant must confirm that he/she is in good physical and mental health before participating in The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels tour. He/she agrees that it is his/her own responsibility to determine his/her ability to participate. Any pertinent details of the participant’s health or medical conditions must be disclosed prior tour start.

Registration for the proposed journey requires the unconditional acceptance of all conditions listed in this agreement. Registration is confirmed upon receipt of registration form and payment of deposit and is subject to availability. The deposit is 25% of tour cost. This amount helps to cover the costs of designing and booking your trip. The remaining balance must be received at the dates indicated above.

Price revision: A change in exchange rates greater than 4% or a substantial change in price of airfare (excluding airport taxes), rail bookings, or accommodation may result in a revision (either increase or decrease) of the tour price. In the case of an increase, it will under no circumstance exceed 10% of the travel price and the customer would be notified at least 30 days prior to departure.

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel your trip, your cancellation request must be made by sending an e-mail to joanna@besoulfulfilled.com. Upon receiving your e-mail, we will respond to confirm your cancellation. For cancellations made earlier than 90 days prior to departure, 100% of the payment will be refunded. For cancellations made 60-90 days prior to departure, 60% of the payment will be refunded. Cancellations made fewer than 60 days prior to departure will not be granted a refund. For all cancellations, Joanna Intara will withhold $150 to cover bank and airline fees.

Disruption of itinerary: In case we must modify or cancel activities on the itinerary for reasons outside of our control, we will do everything possible to offer an equivalent alternative. In no case will we offer refunds.

Refunds: In case of illness or accident during the trek or tour, Joanna Intara will implement measures appropriate to the situation. However, no refunds will be granted. Additional costs not covered by the participant’s payment for the tour will be borne by the tour participant. If the itinerary is delayed before or during the tour due to natural disaster, road conditions, or other events over which Joanna Intara has no control, the agency will adjust the itinerary accordingly. However, no refund will be granted. Any additional costs that may arise (e.g. extension of the tour due to natural disaster) will be borne by the customer.

Risks: Each tour participant acknowledges and is fully aware that there are certain risks inherent in the practices of hiking and traveling over rough terrain. He/she agrees not to hold Joanna Intara or Guided India Tours & Travels liable for any accidents that may occur. Traveling in Asia may include unforeseeable difficulties that cause delays, schedule changes or cancellations of visits. Despite the high quality of the accommodation provided during the tour, there may nevertheless be power outages and problems with hot water flow and pressure.

Health risks:We advise you to consult the US Center for Disease Control’s website (http://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel), or your country’s equivalent if you are traveling from elsewhere, for information on health risks in the country you are visiting, and to follow their recommendations on health measures.

Insurance: Each tour participant must obtain individual travel insurance (including medical repatriation insurance) and submit a copy of his/her insurance documents to Joanna Intara prior to departure.

Formalities: Each tour participant is required to comply with police and health formalities and regulations enforced in the country visited during the tour. In no event will Joanna Intara or Guided India Tours & Travels take responsibility for the observation or non-compliance of formalities required of individual tour participants before or during the tour. This includes loss or theft of personal belongings, use or possession of prohibited items, acquisition of passport and visa, and completion of customs formalities regulating the export of objects, such as carpets and antiques.

Liability: Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels can not be held responsible for the consequences of external events, including:

• Loss/theft of airline tickets
• Failure of participant to report to a flight (Please allow the necessary time for connecting flights.) Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels can not be held responsible for flight cancellations
• Complications or validity of participant’s identity documents
• Unpredictable or insurmountable events such as war, political unrest, or riots
• Technical or administrative problems not associated with Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels
• Flight interferences, the failure of a service provider, weather interferences, natural disasters, loss or theft of personal belongings or luggage or personal items. Delays for the reasons stated above, including those resulting in route or itinerary changes, will not result in any refund or compensation from Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels. Any additional costs related to disruption of itinerary (e.g. taxis, hotel accommodation, parking, purchase of tickets) remains the sole responsibility of the tour participant
• Cancellation of the tour as necessitated by an act of God and/or maintaining the safety of passengers and/or order of an administrative authority
• Accompanying participants on international flights
• Complications or problems resulting from consultations with doctors, shamans, or healers. While we provide the opportunity for participants to meet with healers, Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels in no way guarantees your healing and cannot be held responsible for any problem or complication during or after your trip

Tour quality: Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels reserves the right to disqualify any tour participant whose conduct is incompatible with the smooth running of the tour or is detrimental to the welfare of others. In such an instance, the participant will not be entitled to any refund or compensation for costs resulting from exclusion.

Itinerary: While Joanna Intara and Guided India Tours & Travels makes every effort to follow the planned route, changes may occur.

Travel insurance: It is recommended for all participants to purchase travel insurance. Your travel insurance should provide coverage against trip cancellation or interruption, personal accident, illness, death, medical expenses and emergency repatriation.

Passport and Visa: A passport and travel visa is required to enter India. Each participant is responsible for determining their specific passport and visa requirements and obtaining the necessary documents prior to departure. Please get your passport in working order NOW.The process for obtaining a new passport and visa can take up to THREE months.

Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intar may be photographing and digitally recording parts of the retreat and reserves the right to use any such photographs / videos / digital recordings in its advertising, displays, publicity materials and publications without obtaining further consent from any participant.

The undersigned hereby grants Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intara permission to use their likeness in written publications and documentation, and on audio, video, television and the internet. I release, discharge and agree to hold harmless Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India Organizers from any liability that may occur in the reproduction of the finished product.

All profits, proceeds and income resulting from the production, distribution, sale and promotion of this product are the exclusive property of Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intara, CA.

I am aware that participation in journey with Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intara may be hazardous activity. I acknowledge that a certain minimum level of physical health, strength, fitness & flexibility will be required.

I am voluntarily participating in these activities with knowledge of the risks of injury for which I voluntarily assume. As consideration for being permitted to participate in travel and activities, I hereby agree that I, myself, my assignees, heirs, guardians and legal representatives will not claim against, sue or attach property of affiliates of Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India by Joanna Intara for injury or damage resulting from my participation in any travel and activity. I hereby release Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India and all its agents and heirs from any and all such actions, claims or demands that I, my assignees, heirs, guardians and legal representatives now have or hereafter may have for injury or damage associated with my participation in ANY travel, or locations of Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India and for all claims, injury damages or liability suffered by me in connection with my lessons at any location where I have participated.

The undersigned participant agrees that Pilgrimage Into The Sacred Feminine Soul of India and its representatives shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay or irregularity for any reason, including but not limited to any defect in a vehicle, acts or default of any company or person engaged in conveying a participant, natural disasters or unforeseen events, delays or expenses arising from such occasions.
